So last night my brother, sister, and future brother-in-law came over. We decided to watch a movie, and of all movies, we chose the first TMNT. It's funny to think that I used to take it so seriously. All the parts I thought were so awesome as a kid just seem so lame and cheesy now. Still awesome though. It gets extra credit points for the MC Hammer fueled sountrack, and because one of the main supporting characters (Danny) only wears two t-shirts throughout the entire movie, and they're both Sid Vicious shirts.

You were so obsessed with the Ninja Turtles!! You would make num-chucks (spelling?) out of empty toilet paper rolls and chase us all over the house with them!! You wanted to be Michaelangelo when you grew up. I would have been impressed if you were talking about the painter, but no, you were talking about a mutant turtle.
Sometimes I wish I was a Ninja Turtle. Yes, still.
